MONDAY
12.30PM NBNCFitness at Vision Martial Arts- Come join us and enjoy an invigorating full body workout with elements of high intensity training, conditioning, flexibility and building core strength all included. Build muscle, burn fat, target problem areas like your legs, hips and bum all in one amazing workout! (Suitable for novices to experienced athletes).

 

 

TUESDAY

9.00am NBNCFitness CombatFit at GO:VER Training, Broad Oak- Get ready to kick, knee and punch your way to supreme fitness using a variety using techniques inspired from the martial arts! HIIT, calisthenics, core, combat- the only workout you’ll need (Suitable for novices to experienced athletes).

6.15pm HIIT class at Crowborough Leisure Centre (High Intensity Interval Training) – Build stamina and muscle, tone-up and lose fat with a satisfying full body workout. (Suitable for novices to experienced athletes).

 

 

WEDNESDAY

6.30pm Legs, Bums and Tums at Crowborough Leisure Centre- Build core strength, improve your flexibility and agility, tone-up problem areas like your bum, legs, hips and stomach, build muscle and burn fat all whilst having a fantastic time! (Suitable for novices to experienced athletes).

 

 

THURSDAY

6.30pm NBNCFitness Legs, Bums and Tums at Vision Martial Arts- Build core strength, improve your flexibility and agility, tone-up problem areas like your bum, legs, hips and stomach, build muscle and burn fat all whilst having a fantastic time! (Suitable for novices to experienced athletes).
